Antique Haviland France decorative plate tray. The piece is in good condition, normal wear due to age and use. The piece has misc. scrapes and markings to it , and the gold finish is faded. It appears this plate has been glued back together at some point, please see pictures. A beautiful piece to add to a collection or everyday use.
I believe this is hand painted but it is not marked as such.
