Vintage large letter A. In good vintage condition, normal wear due to age and use. The piece has some surface scrapes, markings and discolorations to the painted finish. I believe this was painted and the back of the piece is gold, please see pictures. I believe this is some kind of cast resin and is not metal or wood. A nice piece to add to your home or nursery.
